Audio you upload

Audio files and audio URLs you submit are used only to run the detection you requested. Uploaded files are deleted from our storage within 24 hours of the check, and we instruct our detection processor to delete them after processing.

We never use your audio to train or improve machine-learning models, and we never sell, publish or share it with anyone other than the processor that performs the analysis. Unreleased music stays unreleased.

What we keep

We keep the detection report (scores, verdict, likely generator, segment data), the file name you provided, the track length and the time of the check, so you can see your history and we can bill and support you.

• Account details: email address, sign-in method, and profile settings
• Billing: plan, credit balance, transactions and payment status (card details are handled by Stripe)
• Usage: detection reports, API key usage, and security logs
• Product analytics: page views and feature events, without audio or file contents

How we use information

To provide and secure the service, authenticate you, bill usage, prevent abuse (for example rate limiting free checks), answer support requests and improve the product.

Service providers

We rely on infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment, analytics and audio-analysis providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Retention and deletion

Audio: deleted within 24 hours. Detection reports: kept while your account is active so your history stays available; you can ask us to delete them. Billing records: kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and export your detection history. Business customers can request a data processing agreement (DPA).
